I overlooked a couple of ‘rare’ tracks; the unreleased audio branch of FYBR is back in business!
And a couple of you have been submitting friendly text posts asking for mp3 links. Spamming people’s dashboards with (literally) P2P posts is not cool when they were expecting a nice picture of Luke/Mitch/Steve. So…
Pro tip: Google search. It is possible to download from Tumblr (with a side of questionable legality…)
I’ve run out of unreleased songs for now, so all of the music that’s ever been posted on FYBR is now tagged with ‘Rare Tracks’, regardless if they are rare or not. And for those sneaky/internet wizardy enough to obtain mp3 files of said tracks, here’s the album art I use (because I’m OCD about iTunes):
How to send audio: blog an audio post on your own tumblr, submit the link OR host for 24 hours (output mp3) on convertfiles.com & submit link
Would love to post but can’t find mp3s: What People Do, Spanish Painting, Tic Toc, Ladies & Gentlemen, No Title, You Said I Said The Sun Took The Sky + A Dot In The i Of Time (Did you know the self-titled EP actually had a full 11 song tracklisting at one point?)
“Steve and Rusty are out fishing today. Hopefully they catch us some sort of magical music good luck fish. Or just a bass. Then I could hold it and pretend to play it and it would be kinda funny, but not really, but I’d laugh on the inside, but the fish would be dead, so it wouldn’t laugh, but I don’t think it would’ve laughed if it was alive, unless if it was truly magical, in which case, maybe it would play me.”—mitch
