The Born Ruffians need to put out a live album! They have a way of playing and exploring their songs like few other bands I’ve ever seen (even if they did it less than usual Tuesday). 

A friend of a friend works at the BU venue where BRs played on Saturday, and they gave her this nice signed poster—framed! Quality guys.

On a related note, does anyone know how much they cost to book or how other schools (or whoever) could go about bringing them?

There’s a pretty awesome story that goes along with why I have this, and I’m going to tell it.

I was standing beside a group of really nice guys/girls to my right and there were 2 photographers to my left,fans but more concerned with taking photos. When the show was done, the one photographer girl took the list BUT one of the boys on my right tore it out of her hand and ran off, she told me she had been waiting 3 hours and I told her she should talk to the band maybe they would make her a new one, they all seem like pretty chill dudes and she said she didn’t care that much(EXCUSE ME) I bet she didn’t even keep the part that say’s Badonkadonkey and Kurt Vonnegut. While all this was going down the band played an encore, and during the songs the set list robber kept tapping me and waving me down, I almost didn’t go because I didn’t want to lose my spot BUT boy am I happy I did. He told me he wanted to give me the list because I was a true fan and was dancing and singing the whole time( to whoever you are YOU ROCK) little did he know, my life had already been made the day before from meeting Luke Lalonde dt Toronto but yes, BEST Thursday night of my life. When I went to have it signed Steve the drummer already knew I was “Katrina from Parry Sound” ARE YOU KIDDING ME.
If any of you read this, Holy Shit You’re the best. XX
